Kept Desk · promise management for organisations
Ministries promise citizens a road, a clinic, a service. Universities promise students a programme and accreditors a standard. Companies promise customers a delivery date. Kept Desk is the private workspace where every one of those promises gets an owner and a date, is chased until it is delivered, and is confirmed by the person it was made to.
Now open: the Kept Desk Workspace for any organisation, built on promises the other side confirms. Each promise gets a Promise Receipt the recipient agrees to, and they confirm delivery with one click. Free 30-day trial; 90-day pilots for governments and institutions.

Kept Desk never changes anyone's public KeptIndex record. Listed companies that use it are scored under the same rules as every other company. Independence policy · Security
Every commitment a ministry, department or municipality makes, to citizens, parliament or a donor, in one register with an owner and a date. Leaders see what is on track before the public asks.
For example: a public works ministry tracking each road section it promised to open this year; a health department tracking the clinics it said would be staffed by the end of the quarter.
Promises to students, patients, accreditors, funders and boards, tracked to delivery, with a record the board and the accreditor can check.
For example: a university tracking the new programme it promised to open by next semester; a hospital tracking an equipment upgrade it committed to a donor.
Delivery dates promised to customers, agreed on a Promise Receipt and confirmed delivered by the customer. A customer-confirmed on-time record is something your next customer can trust.
For example: a contractor proving it handed over each site on the date agreed; a supplier showing a buyer a year of customer-confirmed on-time deliveries.
An official promises a minister a project milestone, sales promises a customer a delivery date, a project lead promises the board a launch. Kept Desk Workspace puts each one in a single register with an owner and the original date, and lets the person it was promised to agree it and confirm delivery themselves.
Add a promise in one sentence, or CC Kept Desk on the email where you made it. Send the customer a Promise Receipt: what, by when, and what counts as delivered. They agree it with one click, no account needed. Promise Check warns you first if the date is at risk.
Reminders before the date, escalation after it, repeated weekly until resolved. The score is measured against the original date, overdue items included. Supplier watch warns you when a listed company you depend on starts missing its own public dates.
The customer confirms delivery on their receipt, and that counts as verification. Show your board, an auditor or your next customer a customer-confirmed on-time record, with a one-click board report.
Put in your own numbers. Everything is worked out in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
An illustration from your own assumptions, not a promise of savings. In a pilot we measure the real chasing and reporting time before and after, so you decide on evidence.

Listed companies make dated public promises: a launch, a plant, a filing, a deal closing. Investors price them in, and a miss is remembered. On top of the Workspace, Kept Desk adds tools to test a date before you announce it, track every public promise to delivery and report to the board.
Shows you which announced dates are at risk while there is still time to act: deliver, add resources, or tell the market early and plainly, with wording your counsel reviews.
Change your public record. Every commitment is scored against the date you first announced; a later revision is recorded as drift, not a fresh start. The only way to a better record is delivering, or promising more carefully.
A company that warns the market before a deadline, rather than after, gives investors better information. That is the behaviour KeptIndex was built to reward.
A missed date costs a company three times: in share price, in the credibility of its next promise, and sometimes in litigation. Most companies have no single place where every date they have announced is listed, owned and watched. Kept Desk is that place.
Before you announce a date, see how often promises like it have landed on time. This free check uses the public KeptBase record; Kept Desk adds your own company’s record, the wording you plan to use and the dependencies involved.
– of promises like this landed on time
Paste a draft press release, earnings script or investor update. Draft Check finds every dated promise in it, the way KeptIndex will record it once it is public, shows how often promises like each one landed on time, and flags wording that tends to cause trouble later. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you paste is sent to us or stored.
Before you announce a date: how often comparable promises held, how late the late ones were, and a safer window. Company-specific forecasts are added only once they are validated.
Every dated promise from your filings, calls and investor decks, with an owner and a due date, in one list.
Due-soon alerts, status requests to owners, and at-risk promises flagged to investor relations and counsel in time to act.
Update the market before a deadline rather than after it, with draft wording for your counsel to review.
Point to the public proof of delivery so the public record settles quickly and correctly.
Each quarter: kept, due and at risk; deadline drift; peer position; your KeptScore trend.

Eligibility never depends on buying anything from KeptIndex, including Kept Desk. Certification will open only after the criteria have completed public consultation and independent review.

Kept Desk: the private workspace where an organisation makes promises it can keep and proves it kept them. Separate from the record, by design.
Kept Desk never changes the public record. Your private drafts and plans stay private and never flow into public entries, outcomes or KeptScores. You correct the public record through the same corrections process as everyone else, with the same evidence standard. Kept Desk is sold and supported separately from the people who decide outcomes. When a paid KeptIndex report covers a company that uses Kept Desk, the report discloses it. Read the full independence policy and the methodology.
