Promises your customers can confirm
Kept Desk is where your team records the promises it makes, to customers, the board, regulators and partners. Each one gets a Promise Receipt the customer agrees to, a date that cannot quietly move, and delivery the customer confirms with one click. Your on-time record is built on your customers' own word, not your team's ticks.
1. Agree it
Send the customer a Promise Receipt: what you promised, by when, and what counts as delivered. They agree or ask for a change, no account needed. Before you commit, the Promise Check warns you if the date is at risk.
2. Track it
Reminders before the date, escalation after, every week until it is resolved. The score is always measured against the original date. Supplier watch tells you when a listed company you depend on starts missing its own public dates.
3. Prove it
The customer confirms delivery with one click, and that confirmation counts. Show a board, an auditor or your next customer a customer-confirmed on-time record.
Why teams choose it
- Customer-confirmed delivery. A delivery counts when the customer confirms it on their receipt, or a manager checks the proof. Task tools only know what your own team ticked.
- No double typing. Add a promise in one sentence (“Send the revised pricing to Acme by Friday”), or CC Kept Desk on the email where you made it and confirm the draft with one click.
- A fair, honest score. Every promise whose original date has passed counts, open ones too. Cancellations by the customer are withdrawn with a reason and a second person's approval, and shown separately.
- Warnings before the miss. Promise Check flags overloaded owners, clashing dates, undefined acceptance and risky suppliers, and your next decisions sit at the top of the page.
- Board-ready in one click. A printable report with the score, overdue and at-risk promises, money at risk from your own cost-per-day estimates, and every date move.
- Promise Lab. Before you promise a date, check it: earliest realistic finish from the dependency, working days, review and holidays, a recommended date that includes your own track record, and every risk explained. When something slips, compare recovery options and their cost.
What would Kept Desk be worth to your team?
Put in your own numbers. Everything is worked out in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
An illustration from your own assumptions, not a promise of savings. In a pilot we measure the real chasing and reporting time before and after, so you decide on evidence.
