We list an organisation here only once it has agreed in writing to be named. Trials and confidential engagements are never listed without that permission.

For governments and public bodies: a free trial

The KeptIndex Delivery Record tracks the dated commitments a government has made in its own official sources (budget speeches, government orders, ministry releases and signed agreements) and shows, beside each one, the evidence of what was delivered. Each trial is a private page for the government concerned, not indexed by search engines.

• Five to ten years of commitments, one consistent set of rules for every administration
• The government's own words and source link for every entry, and graded evidence for every outcome
• No public record is never counted as failure; every entry can be corrected or answered
