KeptIndex

For governments and public bodies

Know which promises are on track, before citizens and partners ask

The KeptIndex Delivery Record lists the dated commitments your government has made in an agreed set of its own official sources, with the evidence of what was delivered beside each one. Your team sees what is coming due, what slipped and what was kept, across sectors and administrations.

How the trial works

  1. We agree the scope first. Which bodies, which official sources (budget speeches, government orders, ministry releases, official social media, signed agreements), which languages and how many years back. The scope is written into the trial terms.
  2. We build your record. Each commitment links to its source and quotes it. Every entry shows whether a person has checked it yet.
  3. Your officials sign in privately with their own logins. Nothing is public and nothing is indexed by search engines.
  4. Use it for 90 days, free. See what is coming due, download the data, submit evidence, request corrections and add official responses.
  5. Continue on a plan, or stop. No commitment and no payment details during the trial.

Every plan includes person-checked review of each negative finding before it is counted. Coverage on each plan is limited to the bodies, sources, languages and years agreed in writing at the start.

Founding offer. The first five governments to sign after their trial pay half the first year's fee and help shape the product. Invoices in US dollars; payment by bank transfer or card. Prices exclude any local taxes.

Why governments use it

  • Early warning. See commitments due in the next 90 days, so a date can be met or publicly revised in time.
  • One version of the truth. Every entry quotes the government's own words and links to the evidence, so ministries, partners and the press work from the same facts.
  • Fair comparison. Every administration is measured with identical published rules. Being on time and being complete are shown separately: a project delivered in part is marked partly met, not late or kept.
  • No evidence is not failure. Where no public evidence of delivery has been found, the entry says "no public record found", never "not met". Every negative finding is checked by a person before it counts, on every plan and during the trial.
  • Your voice on every entry. Officials can submit evidence and publish an official response beside any entry.

What the record covers

Each record states its sources, languages, date range and the date it was last collected, so readers know what was searched and what was not. Commitments outside the agreed sources may be missing; officials can submit them through the portal and we add them after checking.

KeptIndex is independent: no government, company or customer can pay to change an entry or an outcome. How records are made
