Who publishes this site
KeptIndex is published by Kept Index LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Kept Index LLC.
What this site is
KeptIndex publishes factual records of dated commitments made in public company documents and of public evidence about their outcomes, with links to the underlying sources. Records are compiled with automated tools and may contain errors.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, financial or other professional advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to enter into any transaction. Do your own research and consult the original sources before relying on any information.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or credit rating agency. An entry or outcome reflects only the public evidence we reviewed and is not a statement that any company or person acted wrongly or unlawfully.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeptIndex is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
Sources and third-party content
Quotations are short extracts from the linked public documents, used for identification and reporting. Linked third-party pages are the responsibility of their publishers.
Use of the content
You may read, link to and quote individual entries with attribution to KeptIndex and a link to the entry. Systematic copying, scraping or redistribution of the database requires our written permission.
Paid plans
KeptIndex Pro and Professional are subscriptions for email alerts and reports about the records on this site. They renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in any alert email or by emailing contact@keptindex.org; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.
A subscription gives you access to alerts and reports for your own use or your organisation's internal use. Reports, CSV files and alerts may not be resold, republished or redistributed without our written permission, except as follows. A purchaser may share a report with its clients, co-counsel, experts, auditors and advisers working on the same matter, and may file or exhibit it in legal, arbitral or regulatory proceedings, with attribution to KeptIndex. Citing a Kept ID in any document is always permitted. Subscriptions never affect what the record says: no one can pay to add, change, remove or rank an entry.
We may change plan prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Alerts are provided on a best-efforts basis and may occasionally be delayed or missed; the website remains the authoritative record.
Corrections
If you believe an entry is inaccurate, please follow the corrections process.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
