Need one company, not a subscription? Order its commitment record: the dated promises we have recorded from its SEC filings (8-K press releases and annual reports; earnings calls and investor-day materials are not covered), in its own words, with the outcome, the evidence and every restatement. Choose a person-checked record when the work has to stand up to scrutiny, or an automated report for a first look, checked by a person before we send it.

Our promises to every customer
- Corrected free, fast. If a primary source shows any finding in your report is wrong, we correct it within two business days and reissue the report at no charge.
- No surprise bills. Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Larger histories are quoted in advance, never billed as extra hours.
- You always know what was checked. Every entry says whether a person, agreeing AI checks, or neither has confirmed it.
- Every claim has a source. Each finding links to the filing or page it rests on, with an archived copy where the page could change.
- A person answers. Questions about a report go to a named analyst, not a queue. Reply to your delivery email.
Exactly what the $750 person-checked record includes
| Scope | One U.S.-listed company and a source period we agree with you before work starts. Up to 15 dated commitments in the starter price. Larger histories are quoted in advance, never billed as surprise hours. |
|---|---|
| Coverage, stated up front | Before you pay, we tell you how many commitments we hold for the company, the years covered and how many are still unresolved. Today the record covers 14,170 commitments from 2,253 companies; the ten-year S&P 500 history is still being added. Few records for a company means less coverage, not a cleaner record. |
| For each commitment | The company’s original words and SEC link; the deadline as written and as used; every later restatement; the later evidence passage and link; the outcome; conditions the company stated; and anything we could not settle, marked as unresolved rather than guessed. |
| Review standard | Every included record is checked by a trained analyst against both source documents on six points: company, scope, deadline, evidence, context and history. Adverse or ambiguous findings get a second reviewer. |
| Evidence pack | Beyond the two SEC documents, the analyst gathers every corroborating source we can find for each outcome: the company’s own press releases and investor-relations pages, exchange notices, and independent news and trade reporting. Each source is listed with its date, the relevant passage and a grade from A (regulatory filing) to D (other), so you can see how many independent sources support each finding and how strong they are. Where sources disagree, we say so. |
| You receive | A PDF chronology, a CSV with permanent Kept IDs, the evidence pack with passages and grades, and the review log with reviewer name and date. |
| Timing | Target five business days after scope is confirmed; we confirm the date with the quote. |
| Not included | Legal opinions, investment advice, fraud findings or conclusions about intent. A late outcome is a timing fact, not a finding of wrongdoing. |

Human review in progress
Checked by AI first, now being reviewed by people
Every record is read from the SEC filing under fixed, published rules, and new quotes are checked word for word against the source, with any that cannot be found held back. In October 2026 we began reviewing records by hand against both source documents, starting with the companies our customers order, and the review team is growing. Each entry carries its review status, so you can always see exactly what has been checked and how.
- 1 · Read from the sourceAI extracts the promise and the outcome from SEC filings; quotes are checked against the source.
- 2 · Independent AI checks5,609 outcomes confirmed by agreeing, independent checks on primary evidence.
- 3 · Human reviewReviewers check identity, scope, deadline, evidence, conditions and history. 4 outcomes person-checked so far, and growing every week.
- 4 · Paid reports: 100% person-checkedEvery record in a person-checked report is reviewed by a named analyst before it is delivered. Reviewer and date are stated.

The automated and person-checked reports are different standards and are labelled as such on every page. Reports describe a public record. They are not investment advice, a credit rating or a legal opinion. Following many companies? Pro includes alerts and exports for your whole watchlist.
