Right of reply
Every organisation named on KeptIndex can publish its own official statement next to any entry about it. It is free, it is open to everyone on the same terms, and the statement appears beside the record, in the organisation's own words.
How it works
- Send your statement using the form below, from an email address at the organisation's own domain. Quote the entry's reference (for example KI-C-2024-NVDA-000417), shown at the foot of every entry.
- We verify the sender by the email domain, and contact the organisation's investor-relations or press office if in doubt.
- We publish it next to the entry, dated and attributed, usually within two business days. Up to 300 words, unedited except to remove personal data or anything unlawful.
What a statement does, and does not, change
A statement gives your context: why a date moved, what happened next, what was delivered later. It does not by itself change the recorded outcome, because outcomes rest on public evidence. If your statement points to public evidence that the outcome is wrong (a filing, an official notice, a dated announcement) we treat it as a correction request as well, re-check the entry and record the result in the entry's history and the changes log.
Why we offer it
A record of promises is only fair if the people named in it can be heard. Statements also make the record more useful: readers see the facts and the organisation's account side by side, and decide for themselves.
