Accuracy matters more to us than speed. If an entry is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it.

Report an error

Companies, journalists and readers can all use this form. Fields marked required must be completed, because we cannot check a claim without knowing which entry it concerns and what evidence supports the change.

Entry reference or web address required The reference is shown at the bottom of every entry and starts with “p”.

What is wrong required

Link to a public source required A press release, filing, regulator record or news report that shows the correct information.

Supporting file optional PDF, image or document, up to 10 MB. A public link is always preferred, because we can cite it.

Your name required

Your email required So we can reply. We use it only to handle your request.

Are you writing on behalf of the company? optional

We aim to review every request within five business days and will reply either way.

Prefer email?

Send the same details to corrections@keptindex.org: the entry reference, what is wrong, and a link to a public source.

What happens next

If the source supports the change, we correct the entry and note the date of the correction on the page. If a deliverable was completed after we checked, we update the result, for example from “Not met” to “Late”. If we decide not to change an entry, we reply with our reasons.

What we will not do

We do not remove accurate entries on request, and we never accept payment to change, remove or rank an entry.
