Claim your company's page
Your company's page on KeptIndex already exists. It lists the dated commitments your company announced in its own SEC filings and what the public record showed after each deadline. Investors, analysts and journalists can read it today. Claiming it is free and gives your team a say in how the record is kept.
What a claimed page gets you, free
- A reminder before every deadline you announced. An email to your investor relations or communications team 60, 30 and 7 days before each date your company put in a filing, so nothing comes due by surprise.
- Your sources on the record. Point us to the press release, filing or regulator record that shows a commitment was delivered, and the entry is updated with your link. Silence is never counted against a company, but proof settles an entry faster.
- A verified-company mark on your page showing that your company reviews its record, and a named contact for corrections.
- A quarterly summary of your record: kept, coming due, and changed, compared with your sector.
Claiming never changes an outcome by itself. Every entry still rests on public sources, and anyone can see what changed and why. Companies cannot pay to remove or soften an entry. Corrections policy
Need more than reminders?
Kept Desk is the private workspace for companies that want to manage every public promise end to end: test a date before announcing it, assign owners, get early warning on at-risk dates, and report the record to your board and investors.
